HUMAN ACCESS in Marib Governorate distributed livelihood grants to 12 women who had benefited from vocational training in sewing, skincare and perfume making, and pastry making. This initiative is part of the "Providing Livelihood Services for the Most Vulnerable Women and Girls in Yemen" project, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The livelihood grants, distributed to women beneficiaries in Al-Wadi District and Al-Jufaina camp for IDPs, include essential professional tools that will enable them to enter the Yemeni labor market, achieve financial self-sufficiency for themselves and their families, and become productive households capable of confronting the challenges and deteriorating living conditions in Yemen due to the ongoing conflict.
