HUMAN ACCESS continues to create opportunities for women and contribute to social and economic development through the activities of the project "Providing Livelihood Services for the Most Vulnerable Women and Girls in Yemen," funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
In Ataq, Shabwa Governorate, 26 women received henna art training during a 10-day course. They also acquired life, marketing, and financial skills to enable them to enter the job market and launch their own businesses.
In Al-Rawda, Marib Governorate, six women received livelihood grants, including essential supplies for practicing their professions, after completing vocational training in sewing and tailoring, and pastry making. This training will allow them to enter the job market and compete in local markets.
