HUMAN ACCESS enhances its branches’ efficiency in Yemen to improve institutional performance
HUMAN ACCESS concluded the second phase of its "Efficiency" program, designed to build and enhance the capacities of its branches in Yemen. The program involved 104 branch leaders and staff members and is part of the organization's ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional efficiency and develop qualified leadership in humanitarian work.
The second phase involved three training courses in Aden Governorate. These six-day courses covered important and specialized topics related to managing development projects, preparing and writing reports, and conducting field assessments in humanitarian work, all in line with modern requirements.
These training and development programs reflect HUMAN ACCESS's commitment to developing its administrative system and enhancing institutional efficiency. The "Efficiency" program is a cornerstone for improving performance quality and building a professional work environment capable of keeping pace with developments.
