Under the slogan "Your Goodness Creates Joy," HUMAN ACCESS launched its Ramadan charity projects campaign for 1447 AH (2026), aiming to meet the needs of the holy month of Ramadan and the joy of Eid for approximately half a million people from the most vulnerable populations across Yemen.
The Ramadan charity projects include distributing food baskets containing essential food items to meet families' daily needs, as well as delivering ready-made meals, Eid clothing, and Zakat al-Fitr (charity given at the end of Ramadan), to support the poorest families and help preserve their dignity.
Millions of Yemenis are entering Ramadan this year unable to afford even the most basic necessities for this religious occasion, amidst harsh living conditions and severe food shortages, following more than a decade of ongoing conflict that has created one of the world's most severe humanitarian crises.
Since its establishment nearly four decades ago, HUMAN ACCESS has seized the opportunity of Ramadan, a blessed season of giving, to extend a helping hand to the needy and those affected by crises. It has extensive experience in managing these seasonal projects, which significantly help alleviate the burdens on those in need.
HUMAN ACCESS welcomes contributions from generous donors to meet the needs of those affected by crises and those in need in Yemen during the month of fasting, bringing joy to their hearts on this great religious occasion and reinforcing the values of solidarity and benevolence.
